Whether we work together privately or in a group setting, you will get results. Below are some of the results past participants have achieved.
What healthy habit do you need to create? Let’s work on it together.
I joined the Boot Camp because I wanted to be more active and get organized. Over the 60 days, I started walking my dogs every day, and each weekend I tackled organizing one box worth of clutter. As a result I do not waste my mornings anymore. I am up and walking the dogs first thing. I have more time in my day. The clutter is gone! I did this for me, and Sharon was right there with me every step. I highly recommend the Boot Camp, and I would do it again!
I feel much less stressed at the end of my day. It used to be I would be worn down, feeling stressed and a bit grumpy by the end of my day. Now I use the breathing exercise with the app on my phone, which really helps me focus on truly holding that breath in full and then releasing it fully. By the end of my day, I’m still feeling bubbly and ready for a nice walk or time on the elliptical. Do I always make it to the elliptical? No. However, I think I will tackle that habit next and can now plan for it after work!
The other benefit has been my sleeping has improved immensely. I am able to sleep through the night several evenings per week, and those I don’t, I am able to return to sleep quickly after doing some deep breathing.
After 60 days of gentle reminders, unfailing encouragement along the way and a one on one call, I am proud to say I have incorporated my habit plan in to my daily life. Is my life wonderful now, some days – it is. I am beyond grateful for Sharon Lipinski’s help with developing steps toward my Best Life.
I was struggling with fear, anxiety and lack of self-love like so many other women my age. My marriage ended, my mom was sick and eventually passed away and my work environment was challenging my faith.
I needed a SuperHero to gently remind me and set me back on my path. The one-on-one call was a turning point for me. I was brutally honest about how I was feeling about myself and everything going wrong in my life. Sharon offered kindness, direction, but most of all, she listened to me as I rambled on. I needed that! After our talk I sat in the parking lot of Hobby Lobby and cried a bit, then, thanked God for bringing this SuperHero/Angel/confidant in to my life.
We don’t always find out how we have helped others, even one small random act of kindness can, and oftentimes, does changes hearts. With Sharon’s help and guidance, I am stronger than I have been in years. Yes, I am still a work in progress, aren’t we all?
My suggestion to whoever reads this message, sign up today for Sharon’s program. The return on your investment is beyond measure in the difference you can make on the path to your Best Life.
Habit Forming Boot Camp lead by Habit Hero; Sharon Lipinski, is an amazing life changing program if you really want to change and just don’t how to create your best life habits.
My 60 day experience brought me from not knowing what I wanted or needed to someone armed with knowledge and a purpose.I was able to conquer my habit of exercise by being successful everyday. Celebrating not only huge moments but the tiny ones that inspired me that I was a good person that I was not a failure but a success.
My life is forever changed due to having the opportunity to participate in the boot camp. I have learned little successes can be very life changing and I can say with the utmost honesty that if you truly want to form good habits, live your best life and are willing to do the work you will be changed forever. I was and continue to be.
Thank you Sharon Lipinski for helping me to save and live my best life.
When I joined the Boot Camp, I wanted to wake up early so that I could exercise in the morning. After talking with Sharon, I realized that what I really needed was to go to bed earlier. Over the 60 days, I worked on creating better sleep habits, and even though I don’t get to sleep as early as I want every single night, I have found that I really, really like the days when I get up earlier. Thanks to Sharon’s support and guidance, I was able to trade out the most important goals and to understand the obstacles that were in the way.
I would never have been able to stick with it long enough for the breakthroughs without her expertise. I will miss her cheerful support that was always in my Inbox so faithfully. Some days her words of encouragement or insight were exactly what I needed to hear, and I would highly recommend the course!
I was working on two habits in the Boot Camp. I wanted to journal and do more activities. About half way through the Boot Camp, I had this moment where I was laying in bed thinking I forgot something and then jumped up and realized I hadn’t written in my journal. I can definitely say it now feels unnatural when I miss my habit and I usually fix it right away before going to sleep.
This weekend I played intramural volleyball as a sub on a team. Not only had I never played an adult intramural sport before but I showed up to the game not sure if I would know anyone, as the woman who invited me wasn’t going to be able to go. It ended up being a blast, something I wouldn’t mind doing again!
The Boot Camp was really helpful in getting me clear on what was important to me and then sticking to it!
When I started the Boot Camp, I decided to work on meditating every day. Sharon walked me through slowly building up this habit. I’ve noticed that I am a little calmer and that affects all that I do. I know I can meditate “on the fly” (in addition to my regular practice) and help myself become calmer, too.
The accountability email I got each day with encouraging words and asking if we had completed our habit that day really kept me on track. I can’t think of anyway the course could have been more helpful. I created the habit I wanted to create and I enjoyed all of the weekly talks Sharon gave.
I wish I could think of more glowing words to describe all the great, practical information she covered in each one of her talks. The Boot Camp was great, and I highly recommend it!
I joined the Boot Camp, because I wanted to develop the habit of exercising every day. I’d done cross classes three days a week, so I knew I could develop this habit. But somehow, I just couldn’t seem to make it happen on my own. There was always an excuse or obstacle in the way. I created my Habit Action Plan that helped me slowly and surely build the exercise habit, and Sharon’s daily emails kept me accountable and motivated. She is a great cheerleader and support! Her notes and advice made all the difference for me. Now, I’m gearing up into a new phase and adding a 10 minute workout each morning and I’m not a morning person. It’s awesome! Figured it was time to kick it up a notch and take advantage of waking up early everyday. Thanks, Sharon-You ROCK!
